Questions
How do I get everyone in the house on it?
If you run the household, go to People and invite them by email, or share a link. Each person gets their own sign-in. Someone under 18 joins by an email invitation from their parent or guardian, who accepts the terms for them.
Who sees our money?
Only the people you choose. For each person you pick everything, only the accounts you share with them, or no money at all. Someone with no money access still sees chores, groceries and the calendar. More on how that’s kept private.
Can a babysitter or a grandparent help out?
Yes. Invite them as a Helper: they see chores and groceries, and none of the money.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page and we’ll email you a link to set a new one.
Can I put it on my phone like an app?
Yes. Here’s how, for iPhone and Android.
What does it cost?
What you type in is free. See pricing for what the paid plans add.
How do I delete my account or our household?
From Your account: “Delete my account” is at the bottom, and it says which households go with you before you confirm. A household you’re the only one in is deleted with you; one others share is kept. Or email hello@pitchin.house from the address you sign in with, and we’ll do it and confirm.
