What to do when your bank stops updating
Update it now, sign in to your bank again with Reconnect, or disconnect it.

Go to Accounts and scroll to “Bank connections”. Each bank says when it last updated.

Press “Update now” to check for new transactions right away. Transactions has the same “Update now” at the top.

If it says “Needs you to sign in again”, your bank wants you to log in once more, which banks do from time to time. Press “Reconnect”, confirm with your passkey, and sign in to your bank in the window that opens.

To stop the connection altogether, press “Disconnect” and confirm. Its accounts go back to ones you type in, and every transaction stays.
Worth knowing
- Owners and admins get a notification when a bank needs signing in again, if it’s turned on in Your account.
